HI Tk I felt really spacey for a couple days.. COLD really cold water, or a popsicle, frozen fruit bar.. I found something really cold helped. Water will help you get rid of the toxins faster. A cinnaon stick.. I had some licorice (red) sticks... straws.
Also "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking" is a good book, you can also download and read it on the computer for Free..
Just take it a little at a time... The first week is called Hell week. Use the "My program" here.. write down positives, and reasons you are quitting... put the list where you had your smokes.. so when you get an urge.. pick up your list and read it..
The first day.. little rwards,, mints, a bite if chocolate.. .. something at the end of the day... cooking something special you like, getting someone else to do the dishes, a bubble bath... something just for you.. as a Reward for NOT smoking today... and keep thinking about that reward.
Hang in there.. IT will go away...
