DJ,
I had tried to quit using Zyban before but wasn't successful. This was my umteen hundreth quit and yes, it was cold turkey. I had finally had enough of those nasty cigarettes controlling my life.
The thought process that got me through.... I kept telling myself that everyday, each moment I made it through, was that much closer to never feeling this way again. It worked for me. It seemed to have taken forever to get "over" smoking but I am so glad I did it.
Being quit was like reaching the imposible dream for me and I still am amazed when I look at my meter. Don't every quit quitting.
