You know Patrick is right. Smoking now will not help your situation one bit. The only thing it will do is get you right back to smoking.
Hold on tight to your quit, stay close to us. Get through this and you will come out stronger for doing so. Get on the instant messenger and find a buddy.
When I have those thoughts going through my head that say 'maybe you should smoke', what I tell myself (even if I don't feel 100% confident) is: "I WILL NOT SMOKE. IT WILL NOT HELP." Say it loudly. Somehow, for me, just vocalizing my INTENTION, makes it easier.
You are going to get through this...I just know it. And you and I will be very proud that you did.
