Pat, Reading your post and the helpful answers you received has helped me so much this morning. Two days into my quit, my new grandbaby girl,Meldody died. It was very unexpected. The day before I was Just holding her and telling her how I promised I would never smoke in front of her. Now when I get a strong craving I remember that promise and think of how proud I am of myself for being able to keep it and feel that she is proud of me as well. again thank you for sharing. Judi
