Hey Jan
glad you are feeling better today. All part of the quit. It is amazing what cigarette withdrawl etc. does to us. At 46 days i am still amazed i am still feeling some side effects. Guess i wanted it to be over after hell week! Think again! Smoked for long enough, guess it takes awhile to not smoke too.

Mornin'!
Not so jittery today. Still trying to get a handle on what to do with myself at times, its a learning process.
Love to see the days on my meter add up!
Cheers, Jan

Tonight I am the most irritable and fidgety since the beginning of my quit. I can't sit still. I don't know what I want. Its not a smoke, because I don't really crave between the patch and Zyban.
So...taking this mood and realizing its part of the quit, I'm going to squash ND's attempt to rattle me by going to bed!!!!
Deep breathing has helped tonight I have to say. (That's when I think to do it!)
I'm going to attempt a very restful night...be back in the morning.
Cheers, Jan
