KL, Are you still romancing the cigs? Thinking you are still missing something? It helps to read what cigarettes are doing your body, how they were killing you, all the 4000 chemicals that were in them, like plastic and rocket fuel and ammonia. YUK!
Take some deep breaths, (You don't have another dud patch do you??)
Try getting a softdrink straw, (the wider ones) cut it to the size of a smoke and use it as a fake one. You get the sharp inhale and the feel of something in your hand but none of the smoke or drugs, and if it sounds silly, think again, it won't kill you, the cigarettes will!
I found it helpful when I had some tough times!
