Kristilu,
Try a sucker or chewing gum. Chew on a straw or suck on an ice cold drink. The only way to kill this trigger is to face it several times. Do anything but smoke and eventually, the trigger will die. You CAN do it!

Okay, it's getting to be that time, where I usually light up as I pull out of work to wind down before I pick the boys up. I need ideas of what I can do differently today. With all that's going on with my dad I feel very vulnerable right now. He is a long time smoker and has COPD, and has pneumonia in the hospital. His lungs are slow to recover and it is freaking me out and him too. I have every reason to quit especially seeing my dad after years of smoking, realizing what he's done to his body. Anyway, could use some good pick me ups right now!!
