I know exactly how you feel. My husband who has never smoked in his life, was trying to tell me that after 2 months things should be better, shouldn't they? Well let me tell you, it took me 6 months or so to finally start to feel like me again. It is different for each of us. No-one told me when I had kids that it would be a struggle at times, no-one told me when I started smoking some 30 years ago that it would be this hard to quit, I would never have started. But now that we are trying to change things to better ourselves, they need to understand that this is LIFE-CHANGING and its not going to be all roses. I hope it gets better for you. And I really hope you feel better. My prayers will be with you. You are doing great, hang in there and don't forget to reward yourself. Those are so important, even if its just a nice warm bath. The rewards matter.
