Moss and Sue
Well the bottom line of this is that each of us makes a personal choice to finally exclude cigarettes from our lives. And in so doing we set out on a singular personal voyage across the waves of our own personal issues.
This site, however, provides a wonderful opportunity for each of us to remember that there is a certain commonality of purpose underlying our individual struggles. And in that knowledge comes the awareness that we are not alone.
Oh yea Moss, I am now on my second trip around the sun as a smoke-free person. It dosen't get any better than that (unless of course I am on my third or fourth or, well you get the point)...
Stay well
