I started having panic attacks about 18 months ago, I went on an Anxiety Management Course, which I think helped me manage the symptoms of an attack, but I now suffer from anxiety most of the time which consists of mild panic symptoms all of the time, like some days I might feel short of breath all day and keep checking my heart rate, or I might feel sick all day, but sometimes I get symptoms which looking at other peoples symptoms are uncommon. Sometimes I feel as if I am leaning to one side, I never fall over and can balance fine on one leg etc, I just feel down that side that I am 'off balance'! I was wondering if anybody else had any feelings like these, I know its just anxiety, but at times, its soul destroying.
