11-4! I did journal! It helped me immensly. I wrote alot to alleviate junkie thinking, to pump myself up and in general to alleviate anxiety! I've got all my triggers laid out in my head, so, repeating them in a journal doesn't fix them any better in memory. As for cravings, well, I don't want to exacerbate them by recounting them in a journal while I'm chewing my lips off - again, my head is very alert to what the cravings will be doing to me - the trick is to find ways to abate them and I just don't think that there're any revelatory moments in writing them down before or after.... I think my OCD nature about this quitting campaign is rolling around in my head ALL the time now and that serves as my journal... I think Gen is right... it's either like it or not-like-it... no biggie.....
