Ah Gin, I'm sorry that you feel so down. You have an arsenal of people, tools and support all around you to help you do this so please know that you are not alone. Think about the last few times you went back to smoking and what caused it. What will you do differently this time? (You don't have to answer that but mull it over)
Knowledge is power and the more ready and prepared you feel, the stronger you'll be when you hit those bumps. You don't seem convinced that you can do this and you'll prove yourself right every time if you believe that.
There is nothing special about those of us that have quit. We all did it one hour, one day at a time. We all put our pants on one leg at a time - except maybe Mr. Ed, Mercy and Bear, they've got a lot of legs. Picture this like a road trip, you wouldn't just leave the house with your keys and not have any kind of plan. Same thing here and you've got people (and animals) from all over the world willing to help you.
Are you ready?
