I'm really surprised with myself that I have 3 weeks in already. I never thought I would last that long. I'm just having thoughts about smoking, not really cravings sort to speak. Yesterday I did have a craving when I had a deadline to work on. So I'm struggling with stressors in my life. Fortunately, I don't have many of them. Being off the patch for 3 days now seems to hold not too much of a consequence for me and I'm really happy for that. I hope it continues this way. I'm not looking forward to my 30 days, 60 days and 90 days from what I gather. Apparently, you go through a terrible times with the cravings. I'm dreading those times to arrive. But, I'll have to take it one craving at a time I guess.
How's the rest of the DeQuitters doing? Haven't heard from too many of you. I'm wondering how the festive season has been like for all of you. For me, it's been pretty good, but I can't stay too long in a crowd of people. I have to go home and be by myself. I was told that that passes with time.
Well, hope everything is going ok for all of you. Wishing you all a Happy New Year.
