charel, there are so many other things you can do besides smoke at night. Do you have a balcony? Stairs? A trampoline? Lol!
No, really, it sounds as if you need some routine thing to look forward to in the evening. How about a cup of tea, or some time with a good book? Just anything you like to do that you can get into the habit of doing every evening will replace that crave.
It isn't you that wants a smoke, anyway. It's the junkie that lives in your head trying to find a weakness. You've been giving her ash to kiss for 49 days, just keep it up. You're doing great!
Oh and charel? NOT ONE PUFF EVER!!! EVER!!! It's very possible that that one puff is what gave the junkie hope & started up this crave. Don't do it, it's not worth risking your quit.
