Hiya Stickin,
Excellent point you make. Time does heal the craves, the further into your quit the less the craves you will have, until one day it is a distant memory ~ yet... it has been said many times, dont become complacent. It is indeed, very important to have your tool bag of coping skills at the ready at all times. Rewarding yourself for your efforts are also very important :)
Keep smiling and stay safe.

Great post, stickin...
And ~ don't forget the HealerWithin... inside each of us is a very powerful healer...
How well we get to know that HealerWithin, how well we respect her or him... and how much we trust the HealerWithin - will make a very important difference in how deeply we trust that part of ourselves...
Blessings and Light-
