Gin, try and hang in there. You will feel so much better if you do. The craving is such a darn monster. I posted in the general discussion on junkie thinking, please take the time and read it. I have been going though craving the last 24 hours. I can tell you it is not any fun starting over and over. I did that. Keep coming here and read. Distract yourself. Calling your friend was and is a good idea. Just don't smoke for the moment. That is all you have to do is not smoke for now and let the next moment take care of itself. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
Keep the Quit
Sparky

I'm going through a terrible craving right now and it won't shake off. All I can think about is buying a pack of smokes and feeding my addiction. I knew feeling well wasn't going to last. I hope the craving goes away. It's a struggle right now and I don't know if I can do it. I'm going to drink water and try to think of something else. I think I'm going to phone my friend. She's been helping me an awful lot lately. Anyway, I'm besides myself.
