Ok, she made the team (woohoo), but not without girl drama and a lost pair of shoes...have mercy!!! I think smoking was invented when teenagers were invented, but I'm not smoking!

Good going, kaiti! And great on noticing the relationship between nervousness and increased urges. Two triggers faced down

Thanks everyone! My daughter finds out tonight if she made the team! I'm proud of her either way, but still nervous for her. Amazing how nervousness makes us want to smoke (small cravings the last three days).

Great job Kaitilina! You show them how to do it! Next time you go in you won't be so scared of doing it because you were able to beat the temptation once already :) yay for you girl!

Kaitilina,
It is very awesome that you avoided the temptation of buying them, because the gas station places sure do make hard to avoid looking at them.
But you just used one of my most favorite rewards. I am just goofy over suckers, and each time I successfully make it through all of my break times at work with out caving in, I get 5 minutes of extra internet time and a tootsie roll sucker.
Way to go!!

Awesome for you, kaiti, way to think on your feet! The blow-pop doesn't count as a reward, so get yourself something for getting throught that!
