Listen to what Danno said. We watched him go through cutting down, then quitting. You will crave starting about 20 minutes after you smoke until your next hit of nicotine. Until you totally quit, that is. Sounds like you have been preparing, so you just have to get excited about being free from this addiction, and go for it, no looking back! This is a very very good thing you're about to do. As one member here says, "You get to quit, not you've got to quit." it really is a gift to yourself.
