For the seventh week reward, it was a fresh game hen roasted with tiny potatoes and julienned yellow bell peppers. This was served with fresh green beans cooked with sun dried tomatoes, a loaf of French bread, and a nice Italian red wine. New York Style Cheesecake was the dessert.
This morning, just on a whim, since I had finally found the egg roll wrappers I needed I made the Fried Cheesecake for breakfast.
When I served it I sifted powdered sugar on it and drizzled it with coffee flavored syrup. Pretty good stuff but a little heavy for a regular breakfast. Extremely easy to make!
