That is what we are here for. Go ahead and vent all you want, scream, yell even pout. Good for you that you know your not going to smoke and know it won't change anything.
Congrats on the stats and just think your close to triple digits.
Good luck

Blue,
Hang in there, this will pass and will dwindle away! Start rewarding yourself and getting busy! You will have reached 100 days shortly and this is worth a party or pampering.
Get in there and start planning, the beach is calling you :)

I knew those clouds were made of steam! :)
Blue Cloud, 90 days is absolutely awesome. The whole milestone thing is weird. Maybe it is because you are thinking about smoking more during these times. Either way, congrats for tomorrow. Big hugs from Kevin.

Hi to All,
It has been a busy week filled with good and bad as most weeks are. Tomorrow finds me at 90 days smoke free. I don't understand why I seem to think about smoking around these milestones. I really do think the more days I get the worse the thought that "just one might not hurt" gets. My drive to work this morning was worse than it has been in two months. I almost ate the whole way just for the needed distraction and then I was getting sleepy and the thought that a cigarette would help me stay awake popped in my head.
This really is crazy thinking. There is no way I am going to loose 90 days and have to start all over. I already know that first puff would choke me and make me dizzy. I have a sick grandson and a few other issues that keep pulling my spirits down. Basicly tho I have so much to be thankful for and not smoking is one of them.
I am just letting of steam. I am not going to smoke and everything will work out. Thanks for listening.
