Unhooked, you are always so positive in your post I was actually relieved to read this one and know that you too are human. I feel like I whine in these post all the time and I never read where you are the least bit unsure. You give me strength girl. Thank you for posting about your weakness as well as your strength. Rock on I think the tin-foil has your back.lol

You're right, stickin, I KNOW I can. Guess I better take my own advice, I've told so many others that same thing.
Can't get away with anything around here!

Hi unhooked
Suggerst changing from "I still feel I can" to "I KNOW that I can". You have proven this to yourself over and over again. Tough times come in cycles, be a bystander (use distractions, keep busy) and let the cycles, cycle through.
It just keep getting easier and better.

You've made some good points, Unhooked, I've had my life totally on hold for 45 days now but I've had my emotions on hold for most of my life. Without the addiction controlling everything there are changes going on in my head that will eventually have to be addressed. I dunno if I'm ready to open that can of worms yet.
