[color=blue]Speaking of which, the New Years quitters just passed the 250-day mark. *Deep contented sigh* I finally feel like I�m well and truly done with this quitting business. There will be no slips, no mistakes. I�m done with smoking forever.
I sat down one day and made a list of those jewels of wisdom that helped me to quit. I found each and every one of those jewels right here, scattered around the floor of this message board, just laying there in plain site for anyone to see.
Somehow my simple list became a PowerPoint presentation with pictures and music. I�d love to show it to y�all but the only way to do that is to post the link here. It contains a little �commercial� for stopsmokingcenter.net, so I�m hoping the link will be allowed?
