This is why I love Lamplighter :)
Doodles, he is so right, do what you have been doing because it works!
Weekends were hard for me too at first. We do more together since we quit though, so we are out and about, or at home watching Nascar, I love Nascar - love love love Tony Stewart. Yummy. Anyway, we have all this energy and we focus on spending it wisely now, doing fun stuff, productive stuff, like driving to the beach for the day, washing our cars (well we would if we weren't in a drought), but you get the idea.
Reward yourself too, me and John go malling together, eat lunch out on the weekends, he grocery shops with me, yes the man is just wonderful :0
Do fun stuff, breathe, enjoy yourself.
You are doing GREAT!!
Sue
