Keep up the good work Starrider:) This ability to cope is completely available within ourselves. We just need our understanding friends, and lots of practice to make it real and lasting.
Today, I saw a young man outside a building catching a quick smoke while I was driving somewhere... and I thought "how un-natural that cloud of blue smoke looks, coming from that body..." Poor guy... He has to do that every 20 minutes or so.
We don't anymore, because we took the plunge and made the decision to stop, and we're still here:) I'm thankful for that again tonight - and hope you are too... I'm with you...
Tresa, I sure hope I'm as pretty as you are when I'm 58. You're amazingly beautiful. Tomorrow is my 46th B-day... and my gift to myself is that I'm smoke free!:)
Ta-da!:)
