Janna, All of us went thru it and lived...LOL. Don't cave in now. You have some awesome stats. They will go away. Do some grusome cigarette research. It cures craves. There is websites of people your age dying from cancers caused from cigarettes. I saw one, way younger than you, who was missing a chunck of his face from what started out a tiny spot in his mouth. Your worth more than that. I know you can do this. Hey Janna this is my 3rd quit attempt and my last quit I had a big problem come up and caved in around the 80 day mark... its not worth it starting over trust me dont go back to smoking it doesnt fix anything it just makes it worse. I'm currently having some real bad craves these past few weeks but I keep telling myself do I want to go back to day 1 and have to start hell week and heck week all over again and the answer is no :) Do whatever you can to keep your mind off smoking when you get a crave but really the power not to smoke is only up to you weather you want to smoke or not. But 80 days is really something to be proud hope I get their soon :) be sure to give yourself a nice reward and stay smoke free. Janna, for some weird reason most of us seem to experience this around the 3 month mark. So don't worry, nothing strange going in here. Be aware quittees that you could experience hightened nicotine craves anytime during the 3 week, 3 month & i spose the maybe even the 3 year mark. Which is quite funny really cos we don't have any nicotine in our system to crave, but there you go. Have some popcorn handy for these moments & start posting. Janna, Listen. There isn't anything wrong with you. There are a lot of people who lose their quits between the 80 to 130 day range. Something about the quit and what our bodies go through I guess. I've seen a lot of quitters give up in this time frame. Please don't be one of them. Your coping skills you used in the beginning still work. Go back to using them. If you think about it, this is nothing like Hell week. It's bad but it isn't that bad. You have already made it through worse so you can make it through this too. I remember saying it was like a last ditch efford of the nicodemon to get me to go back to smoking. Refuse to give in to the enslavement again. You are doing great. If you haven't already done so, it is reward time. Do something extra special for yourself. You've been doing great on the dieting. Order a pizza! Laugh, cry, scream, break dishes, pitch a fit, whatever it takes, just don't smoke. This time will pass and you will be on to the next stage of your quit. Don't give up now. You've come too far and you are almost out of the critical part of the quit.
