It's important to keep a positive attitude and keep things in perspective when we quit. It is so easy to get caught up in all the emotions that flood our minds but that doesn't help anything. Time and not smoking are the only things that get us through the difficult time of quitting.
I began reading inspirations a few months into my quit and I continue to do so today. It keeps me focused on where I've been and where I'm going. There is plenty of inspiration around here. Look at all the successful quitters if you are looking to be inspired. It still amazes me at all the successes that roam these boards! Everyone quit, be it one day or 10,000 days is inspirational!
