Hi Grace, first of all, look at you with 80 days! That is awesome!
I think when we start questioning and debating words -- slip vs. relapse or crave vs. trigger -- we are on a very slippery slope that often leads to arguments, hurt feelings, and useless round-and-round. Does it really matter what we call it? If we quit then smoke then quit again, it shows we are trying and we will eventually get there if we keep trying. We may have stepped off the path, and certainly it was the junkie in us that pushed us off the path, but we got ourself back on. I do agree that "slip" is kind of a weak word, but in the long run, who cares? The main thing is to keep trying.
Rusty :)
