freebird, i had to laugh when i read about you 'cleaning out the garage"!! i can so relate to that! my first 2 days off ciggies i got so much done, i had no 'excuse' to take a break, in fact i was scared to.
i've been trying to spend all my time focusing on the benefits of not smoking,to re-enforce it in my brain, but when i actually have a craving, i've been doing something physical- a walk, a shower(can't smoke in there!). i also picture all the cigarettes i havn't smoked piled up on the table -yuk. my other focus is that this may be my only chance at quitting, so i've kind of scared myself into not having one.
