I'm on day 65 and the craves still come, not as intense as they were, but they come almost everyday. It's more of an association to things in my everyday life than an actual crave for nicotine..example, coffee in the morning, what do you think of? A beer, ?? Dinner?? Trying to retrain your brain to think of something else when you have a cup of java is hard, but I think it can be done over time. Just hang tough Trish, remember your doing this for you, kill the junkie inside of you wanting that smoke. You can do it.
