You done good Chicknoodle,
If only all quitters stop and smelled the lingering, stinky smoke and reacted like you, no way! why we wouldnt be having this chat, would we! You dear are rewarded this A for reacting very positively and for sharing these thought with us, expressly them, and writing them down.
The NRT medications that are offered these days are a God sent and I am happy that you are making use of them as I did also. They really do take a big physically edge off the quit the first several weeks and they buy the time that we so desperately need to start getting our minds moving in the non smoking direction.
Get that full mental image down of what smoking does provides us: the yearning to quit, a shorten life and most certainly a less healthy life, an addicts life more time spent on buying, looking for a match, finding a place to smoke, smoking it, and loss revenue.
Super two weeks to you! It isnt always easy however the results can not be beat!
