Thanks Kathleen, I have a co-worker asking if I want to go running with him but he ran the Chicago Marathon so feel I may be a burden to him. Found the couch to 5 k, I think that is what your talking about. Might give this a try!

Hi everyone...haven't checked in for a little bit, but just wanted to let everyone know I'm doing great with my quit! Also I started a new exercise routine that I wanted to share with anyone who is interested. It's a great routine that I found online (just do a google search and it will come up) that prepares you to be able to jog for 30 minutes in three weeks. So far it is working great! I can't believe I am actually starting to jog now! Ha! Who would of ever thought these lungs of mine would be able to handle it! So for anyone who is interested in adding some exercise to their smoke-free life, this may be good for you too! Good luck evryone and CRAVE THE QUIT!!!
