Aloha,
Just like in version 5.0, you can select to display your quit meter on all your posts by selecting yes to this option in your personal profile.

Yeah that's right - it's the same as your age I guess, like if you're 35 you are also in your 36th year....

Thanks everyone. I'm pretty proud of myself for making it this far. I know it's only day 4, but that's pretty amazing for me.
Hey Ex...I think the counter only counts days completed smoke free because I'm on day 4 but it gives me a "days smoke free" of 3.

Hiya Cheeks - I had exactly the same kind of day 3 as you...but I just have to say - do you want to know how good it feels to get a day when you have no craves, and feel entirely comfirtable without cigarettes? Well let me tell you I am only on day 16 and I have already had two sweet wonderful crave free days - not both together mind, one was about 4 days ago and the other is today - and I can tell you categorically that it is so worth sticking out day 3!!! You will be so, so glad you did - please give your quit the benefit of the doubt!!
I know you can do this - and guess what - I bet you know you can too!!!
way to go Cheeks. Early weeks in my quit, a crave would put me in a sort of panic...no need. If you don't smoke, the crave goes away. If you smoke, the craves will increase and we do not want that. Congrats on discovering that you are stronger than any nicotine crave.
