Now there's an idea!
I was wondering how I could wear them discretely while lounging at the pool this summer without getting two round dots on my arms from the sun!
WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I just won't tan topless! ;p

Do not be concerned. I did the patch and had cravings for the first few days after stepping down to the next level. Be sure to use the time while you are on the patch to practice being a non-smoker. Keep your mind clearly focused on the image of you never smoking. Drink lots and lots and lots of water...I mean drink it as if you are a professional athlete. It helps a great deal...Keep well...YOU CAN DO THIS...

A tip for all the female non sticky patch wearers - under the bra keeps it in place!

Bobbi,
Hang in there, your body just needs a few days to adjust. Congrats on your step down and on 60 days! Grab a reward!

Hi, Bobbi. I remember being on the patch before & the step down to 7 mg was hard, much harder than going to the 14 mg. It was almost like starting the quir all over again. It didn't last long though & not only did it get easier but I felt GREAT by the time I was done with the 7mg. A good walk always helps & helps you sleep too. Lookin good at 60 days!

Yes I know what you are saying about the cravings, I went on the 7 mgs. Tues. and this is the worst I have had it since I quit. Have thought about cigs more this week then since I quit and I sure don't like it makes me have to fight harder and I am already tired. oh what to do what to do, I do know what I won't do is Smoke!!!!!Never!Last night I walked around the blocks around my home trying to run away lol lol and ended back at my home, but after the walk everything looked so much better at home!
hugs and prayers

Another thing to check is the expiry date, if they are old - they could be toast. :)
