Cravings vs Pleasure

for 17 år siden 0 925 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
***hands Bear a small godzilla chainsaw***
I have never had problems with cravings even when I quit smoking cigerettes
This thought is just a junkie thought and junkie thoughts are mental cravings, at least for me. We all smoked for pleasure...because "pleasure" is nicotine and we are addicts. You may still be on patches bear, but your addiction can never get enough nicotine in any form and it would want you to shove that cigar up your behind if that were the only way it could get the nicotine. Cut that thought down right this second and throw it out. No bear wants to stink up his fur with any kind of smoke. N.O.P.E. :) Pat My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 104 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,178 Amount Saved: $1456 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 4 Mins: 42 Seconds: 40

1939bear, REMEMBER there is NO SUCH THING AS ONE. SO throw out those JUNKIE thoughts. Even if you think you smoked for PLEASURE you were still an addict, so look at it this way, the nico monster in your head is glorifying your past smoking in an attempt to feed him once more, DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP...see smoking for what it is ..SELF IMPOSED SLAVERY...rejoice in your freedom ...all the best jeanigirl My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 186 Amount Saved: $66.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 13 Mins: 26 Seconds: 58

This one has been bothering me for the last couple of weeks so I,m going to toss it out there for some feedback. I was a cigar smoker.I found a brand that was very mild and I really loved the aroma of them.I have never had problems with cravings even when I quit smoking cigerettes I think this was because I smoked for pleasure and did,nt use tobbaco as a coping tool. Over the last couple of days I,ve had the desire to light up one these big old lovely cigars.Nothing unbearable but if anything is going to bring me down this is it. It,s not the need for nicotene because I have worn my patch faithfully from day one.But those big old cigars gave me pleasure and the seed is planted that one won,t hurt me !! So I need some help with this one before this seed becomes a tree and we need a chainsaw to cut it down !!! :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 52 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 941 Amount Saved: $520 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 8 Mins: 38 Seconds: 50
