i added u bobbi....I also sent u an im offline...when you launch im it should show up....The im said you logged on within the last 30 minutes...so something you did worked...I don't know if you closed it right away though!

Ok just tried it again, have dissabled pop up also clicked on default. and again when I click on launch alittle box at bottom of screen flashes with the green bars in it and nothing else grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

You must disable your pop-up blocker for the IM window to open. What browser are you using? IE? Mozilla?

I have set my default, pop up don't know where to go to do this, Yes I know where the launch is and to click on it when I do the only thing that happens is at the bottom of my screen the green bars flash and are gone and nothing else happens.

Have you disabled your pop-up blocker?
Have you set your security level to default?
Do you know how to launch the SSC IM?
When you try to launch the SSC IM, what happens?
