Helix,
I smoke for 27 years and when I quit, I smoke over two pack a day. I had just developed a cough in the mornings as a smoker but I mainly coughed at night, interrupting my sleep. The first day, the very first day of my quit, all coughing stopped and I haven't coughed since. Around 50 Days or so, I did develop this need to clear my throat but no cough. We're all so different. I think I drank so much water, and still do, that I sort of cleaned my system. LOL
Don't worry. Coughing may not be part of your quit process.
By the way, congratulations on those great stats!!
Stay Strong,
Tutti
