Me too!
It will get better with time....in the meantime, do whatever your body tells you. If you are tired, sleep. If you are hungry, eat. Do WHATEVER it takes to get you through this! So far, so good!

Stop focusing on your cravings by using a great distraction to get through them. Also be sure to reward yourself for getting through it.

Ok, leave it up to me to have a different experience! Of course I am only a baby quitter but it helps me more to be around people. When I am by myself is when the doubting self talk is the strongest.
Just a thought...find a friend ;p

Fresh,
This is common, so if you can get that sleep and hide under those covers, do it. Your body is adjusting and detoxing, so give it the respect it deserves, relax yourself :)
