Hi Ballzy Congratulation on 13 big wonderful days! Aren't those dreams so very, very real! You wake up and say to yourself "Oh my God, did I just smoke? wait a minute this is or was a dream right?" I had a few of those the first few weeks. None more. Good for you and keep up the great quit and atitiute. Hi Ballzy, Those dreams are normal and in fact it's a good thing. It's your body telling you that it is healing. So don't worry about it, it will go away. And you know what: As long as it is a dream....it doesn't matter. Ballzy, As you can see, you're not alone. This is quite common. It's just your mind playing tricks on you. At least you now kind of know what you'd feel like if you slipped. Not worth it is it? Thankfully in reality you are standing strong with 13 days under your belt. Tommorrow marks two weeks, start planning your reward. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Hey Ballzy, I guess it's all part of quitting. I had a "Smoking Dream" two nights ago. And another about a month ago. I'm not worried about it. I would guess it's a good thing for us to dream about it. Our BRAINS are healing as well. Congrats on your 13 days! Hi Ballzy, isn't it nice to learn that you are not alone. I still have these smokemares, and they sacre the b'jaysus out of me. the good part is waking up and realising that you are in fact still smoke free. It just makes you more determined to succeed.
