Hi freemon :) Rough crave days huh? Hang in there!
Seeing your meter helps us determine what you need.
Since I can't see it I'll say...
In general, D&D. Distract and Delay.
If you are like most of us, you have reinforced the smoke habit over a period of years and so~you will need to reinforce new non-smoking coping techniques (over and over and over) before they begin to become second nature. You are in control of your thoughts so keep trying new ways to 'distract' your mind until you find what works best for you. (For example: Learning how to do 'something new' is a good distraction, or just staying busy, changing routines, etc.)
The good news is 'it will get better in time.' You MUST have faith that it will get better because there are days when you will get tired of the journey. However, if you will push through the lows, the highs will come. One day it will be smooth sailing. Stay strong!
