Roe, you will be fine. Just take your time and prepare. Come here and read the post and you post to let us know how you are doing. There are many things out there to aid you in your quit. Maybe talk to your doctor about it. If you read the post you will find how other have quit. I wish you best. Quitting is the best gift you can give your self. Start a list of reason why you want to quit. Change where you smoke. A good place it outside. Go to place where you can't smoke. Steps, it is all about steps and preparing. Good luck, Roe

you have all gotten through Hell Week....just hang on. There will be better days coming. One usually comes along about the time you think you can take no more. Try to find things that will "majorily distract" you from letting that junky do any thinking in YOUR head. Drive him out and away. Remember that YOU are the one who must stay in control. Think of him as the enemy! Trying to find a way to ambush you. Dig in and fight back!!!
just remember....winning is a simple as NOT lighting up.
smoking is NOT an option
Kick ASH!!!

What caused this? What are you doing to push it aside :) Make sure you prepare a celebration for one week, keep strong and know you are doing it :)
