New Papa,
This is normal and your not loosing your mind. I once yelled (nice way of saying what I did) at my husband while he was still sleeping...hmmmm...or was he, and the sock basket from hell almost sent the kid's to foster care and the husband to the attorney.
But....it does get better. I promise you. An aggrivated state is no excuse to have that cig to make the aggrevation go away. Just ride the wave, and as the days go by, when your aggrivated, take a moment and think about what your really angry about. When I did this, I realized I was coping incorrectly with both minor and major stresses.
If all else fails, call me...I know how to hide the bodies of anyone who "annoys" you the first two weeks of your quit.
