Hi there,
I'm a writer and a painter and in my first month I was too busy quitting to write or paint. It all came back to me.
It's all in your mind. If you THINK that you cannot write, you can't. If you THINK you can, you can. That's how it works.
You say: it tempts me to start again to be perfectly honest. That's the junkiethinking. You want to go back to smoking, like you did after the 8 month quit. The demon in your head tells you that you need to smoke to be able to write. Well, the demon..... does NOT excist. There is no demon, it's your thoughts.
You THINK you can write again if you smoke. Not true. Smoking has nothing to do with writing, painting, walking or what ever you THINK. If you are a real writer, you can write whether you smoke or not. That's how the brain works.
Don't think about smoking as something good, because you know, deep in your heart that that isn't true. It's all in the mind.
Dutch.
