Tony....my daughter took zyban "before" she quit...she said it took all desire to smoke from her mind. She had in essence quit before she quit! She only stayed on it like a month...and she had some urges to smoke just like the rest of us, but she never went through that first going bonkers business of quitting the smokes. I say consider yourself lucky and press on....it ain't that easy for the majority of people.....just always be aware that your are an addict and that addiction at times can play a nasty, evil, sly game. Be careful and march on.

Kathy,
What are you doing to combat this? Reading and posting is a start, but you need to distract yourself! You have no energy, so take some you time and take a shower, read a book, watch a movie and sleep early. You want to make sure you start that next day better :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
