Hiya Kathy2356,
Welcome and yes, those cravings are very hard. Have you tried deep breathing exercises? Breathing in through the nose...slowly, and out through the mouth..slowly. Also, I have found that closing my eyes while doing the deep breathing and feeling all the sensations inside of my body - through my nose, my chest or sometimes while breathing visualizing something special in my life.
When the craves hit, get up and go for a walk outside and get some fresh air, or flip on the t.v. and watch something funny. Do you have a crave cart for yourself? Another thing is - hobbies? Do you have any which would keep your mind and your hands busy :)
Distractions are key to your quit.. It's helped me immensely as well as other's here. Keeping busy at all times.. Lots of people here have very clean homes..especially closets! LOL!
Keep strong dear one, the cravings will lessen.. be as patient as possible. And remember we are all here for you :)
(((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))
