Jess... You've got a lot of junkie thinking going on there. Scream at the junkie inside of you. Refuse to be a slave any longer to the addiction. There is a freedom that comes with quitting that is so remarkable words cannot describe it.
Hell week is Hell and I admit Heck week really isn't much better. If you hang in there though and commit to this quit, you will be amazed at the person that will come shinning through in the end. Your dad would be proud to see you quit. Don't give up. You are fighting for your life and if it is fear that motivates you, grab hold of it and hang on for dear life!
You should be very afraid. Smoking Kills. Period.

Jess,
Hang in there, you are almost at 2 weeks and you don't want to go back now. There is really no good time to quit, but you had a realization that this was your time and so be it!
Prepare yourself and get out those mechanisms, do what it takes and know that we are behind you all the way :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
