Here, Sweetie...Take a bite out of my steering wheel :)
Really did wonders for me.
Turtlelilly locked herself in her car and screamed obsceneties.
That seems to work also.
Uh-oh.......
Who are those people over there strapping turtlelilly to a gurney? Yeah, those guys with the white coats?

Hey Jan ~ Here's a hug for you. I personally don't believe in the "30 day pit" I think when a bad day happens, it just does no matter where you are in your quit. And it's no fun. Good and bad days happened even then we smoked. Above suggestions were a reward - YES! Don't be afraid to reward Early and Often!!!! You are working very hard on your quit and if you want to treat yourself weekly or daily, that's okay! You're not smoking and it's DIFFICULT. I hope you feel better - plan something for yourself to escape this. Maybe a trip to the library and lose yourself in a great book! Take care and stay strong :)

Hi Jan
You just go right ahead and jump up and down and scream honey - flail, spit, turn your head 360 degrees if you need to. Feel what you need to feel, do what you need to do. You'll be doing your happy dance again soon.
I just know you are going to get through this craving - even when you are in its grip you know to go back to basics. You know what to do and you are doing it. Good for you.
Let us know how you're doing - go for it.
All the best
Sharon

Take some deep breaths Jan and then take one more step. Just five minutes at a time. That is all you have to do. Go look in the mirror. See that person looking back at you? That is a non-smoker! That is YOU!
22 days is awesome. Keep doing what you have been doing for the past 22 days. You definately don't want to go back to day one again. :8o:
As long as you don't light that next cigarette you have got it made.

Jan,
Take a warm shower and get out those coping mechanisms! Start the day on a positive note and grab yourself a treat for 22 wonderful days on quitting :)
Keep Strong,
