Ahhhhhhhhhh...thanks to all of you guys! I have to admit that until yesterday, 100 days kind of snuck up on me...just like Christmas. Things have been so hectic that I don't seem to be taking the time to sit back and reflect on anything. However, today I got up early to go to the gym before work. I knew that today was 100 and while I was working out it made me think that quitting really is a lifestyle change. I have to admit that I still have the odd crave in the evenings so now I enjoy going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. The gym has become a regular part of my life. The VERY BEST THING about 100 days if all of the amazing people that I have met here (You know who you are) I didn't start with courage, strength or commitment....but somehow I got them from all of you. I've had some great laughs along the way and I thank you guys for that too. I'm inspired by those who have already travelled this road and I'm thrilled with all the new quitters that we see coming along each day. I thank God for those people who have held my hand and supported me as we travel along together. I hope someday I'll be able to give back as much as I have received from all of the great people here!
