Tryagain - glad to hear your story. Makes me more optomistic about how things improve with the quit.

Try,
Just between you and me, cause I don't want to jinx it, I FEEL BETTER TODAY TOO! A beautiful day it was weatherwise as well and I went on a long hike through the woods after sleeping a long and luxurious sleep. Almost all day I felt normal until tonight, and even tonight it's not so bad. I'm the bad sinus/pissed off chick BTW.
Glad to have taken a turn with you. I follow everybody's journey and felt we both were gifted a special day today. Gratitude for today :)
...and for all the wonderful people who sent well wishes our way..much power in that!

Once in a while it's important to know that the bad days aren't always going to be there. That the lining in that dark cloud is really silver and crystal ready to sparkle. Especially for new people who look at those with 50 days, 100 days and even more still struggling with an awful crave. I know that those bad days are still out there. The demon isn't done with me yet. It's important to know that there are other days than those days. There are really joyful times in not smoking. When you are on the ride of your life, you will have ditches and hills.
