Kaiti: What a day you had! You know, it's your sense of humor and honor that gets you through. I can see that by reading your posts.
I'm glad you wrote it all out -- it did make me feel better, too.
I had a day like that recently -- absolutely everyone in my reach, family, co-workers, friends, strangers, didn't matter who -- they all really pi**ed me off! Even my poor blind dog irritated me.
I was so taken by surprise -- where the hell did THIS come from?? While I had no conscious smoking thoughts, it's obvious that my quit had made me especially "raw" that day.
My solution? Avoid everyone as much as possible, then, like you, bathtub, hot water, bubbles and lots of candles. Tomorrow is indeed a new day.
Thanks for sharing your story. You sound blessed to have a family who understands (or at least is trying to understand.)
