Congratulations on day 3!
And Loopy, crying has been a huge part of my day today. Glad to know I'm not alone. Best wishes!

Hi Loopy,
If you've been reading the posts, day three is supposedly the worst. Once the third day is over, the nicotine is out of your system. My day 3 was yesterday... I had a headache, coughing, and so tired yesterday. It improves!! Keep reading about the symptoms of quitting and it will give you strength. Also... reading all these posts helps me focus onto something other than my crave first thing in the morning. Some of the others said they bawled for a week. It is normal. Keep reading in here as much as you can. Hang in there!

Hi lovebassets! WElcome. would highly recommend working through the workbook on the left side of this. It will help you get your tools for beating nicodemon when he pops his ugly head to get you to give up on quitting. Helped me alot. Come here often and write down why YOU want to quit. YOu have to want this more than smoking. Just do it and we all here will see you through.
Hugs
Kim

Hi lovebassets
I've lost count how many times I've quit - it's a process and eventually we learn and give it up for good. We all know what to do - it's just a matter of doing it. The great news is that you've got an ocean of support right here so call on it when you need to.
Congratulations on your quit.
Sharon
